This is a growth-oriented Senior Account Manager role combining new customer acquisition, account expansion, and renewals. We are looking for someone who will actively contribute to growing Acronis' business in the region by developing new opportunities, converting leads, expanding existing accounts, and building a strong and predictable sales pipeline.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive new business growth in the region, proactively identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with new customers
- Own and convert inbound and outbound leads, while creating additional opportunities through proactive prospecting and account development
- Build and maintain a healthy new business pipeline, continuously progressing opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation and closure
- Develop relationships with end customers, distributors, and channel partners to expand Acronis presence and uncover new business opportunities
- Identify growth potential within the existing customer base through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across the Acronis portfolio
- Own the lifecycle of assigned customer contracts, driving strong retention, renewals, and revenue growth
- Take commercial ownership of opportunities, including customer engagement, qualification, quotations, pricing discussions, negotiations, and closing
- Work closely with distributors, channel partners, Sales Engineers, and Sales Management to develop opportunities and accelerate deal closure
- Maintain excellent Salesforce discipline, keeping opportunities, stages, close dates, next steps, and commercial information accurate and up to date
- Own your pipeline and forecast, providing reliable visibility into expected business outcomes and proactively addressing risks and gaps
- Develop a strong understanding of the market, identifying new customer segments, verticals, partners, and opportunities that can contribute to regional growth
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years of experience in sales, renewals, or account management (preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets (renewals, upsell, new business)
- Fluency in English (business negotiation level required)
- Experience working with channel partners or indirect sales models is highly desirable
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product value to customers
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Self-driven and persistent, with a proactive approach to follow-ups and pipeline management
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, with the ability to quickly develop new skills and product knowledge on the job
