Designs and presents Acronis cyber protection solutions throughout the sales cycle. Collaborates with sales teams, partners, and customers; conducts demonstrations, evaluations, and proofs of concept; troubleshoots technical issues; gathers requirements; develops cost-effective architectures; responds to RFIs and RFPs; supports MSP integrations; and provides technical and market feedback to product and engineering teams.

Manage end-to-end procurement for data center infrastructure: source vendors, obtain and compare quotes, issue purchase orders, track deliveries, support negotiations and contracts, analyze spend for cost savings, coordinate logistics/customs, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and systems.

Investigate and triage EDR/XDR security incidents, assess severity, execute remediation actions, document cases, and manage incidents through resolution. Communicate incident status and recommendations to customers while collaborating with senior analysts and AI engineering teams to improve automated triage, response workflows, documentation, and correlation logic. The role also supports threat hunting, incident response, and continuous service improvement, with rotational weekend coverage.

Leads sales strategy, revenue performance, pipeline, forecasting, go-to-market execution, partner channels, and organizational development across Northern Europe. Owns ARR, billing, retention, profitability, market share, and growth plans while managing senior sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Builds high-performance teams, develops strategic customer and partner relationships, drives cybersecurity and cloud market growth, and represents the company in executive and industry engagements.

Owns full-cycle accounting and compliance for multiple legal entities, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, reconciliations, statutory financial statements, VAT and tax filings, accruals, accounts payable, payments, and financial analysis. Coordinates with auditors, tax advisors, banks, payroll providers, and internal stakeholders while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with local regulations, Swiss GAAP, and potentially US GAAP.

Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of a global infrastructure across 50+ data centers. Build and maintain monitoring, observability, and alerting; respond to incidents; drive automation; optimize compute, networking, storage, virtualization and cloud platforms; analyze metrics and logs to proactively resolve issues and maintain high service availability.

Work with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and maintain software. Build telemetry systems and dashboards, write and review clean code, debug issues, participate in stand-ups and code reviews, and research new tools and technologies.
