Designs and presents Acronis cloud, cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include technical discovery, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, solution architecture, RFI/RFP responses, troubleshooting, strategic account support, MSP platform integrations, and communicating customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Conduct technical pre-sales for cybersecurity, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and asset management solutions. Analyze customer and prospect requirements, develop proposals, respond to RFIs and RFPs, deliver demonstrations and presentations, facilitate proofs of concept, and resolve technical issues. Advise customers and partners, provide customized training, share market feedback internally, support market development, and disseminate threat intelligence across the Japan team.

Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing new service provider partnerships across North America. Manage the full sales cycle, document activities and pipeline updates in Salesforce, forecast results, coordinate with distributors and internal teams, and communicate Acronis product differentiators. The role requires cybersecurity industry knowledge, strong closing and communication skills, English proficiency, cold-calling resilience, and participation in coaching and quarterly training.

Guide Japanese customers and partners through onboarding and adoption of cloud solutions. Manage onboarding inquiries, provide product guidance, support activation milestones, facilitate orders, close onboarding-related sales opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records and compliance documentation. Manage pipeline activity, customer interactions, follow-ups, and performance targets while coordinating with sales teams. The role requires strong Japanese communication skills, English reading and writing ability, customer-facing experience, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple accounts.

Investigate and triage EDR/XDR security incidents, assess severity, execute remediation actions, document cases, and manage incidents through resolution. Communicate incident status and recommendations to customers while collaborating with senior analysts and AI engineering teams to improve automated triage, response workflows, documentation, and correlation logic. The role also supports threat hunting, incident response, and continuous service improvement, with rotational weekend coverage.

Owns full-cycle accounting and compliance for multiple legal entities, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, reconciliations, statutory financial statements, VAT and tax filings, accruals, accounts payable, payments, and financial analysis. Coordinates with auditors, tax advisors, banks, payroll providers, and internal stakeholders while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with local regulations, Swiss GAAP, and potentially US GAAP.
