WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Client relationship: Manage day-to-day relationships with key client contacts, while maintaining and growing a strong network across the client organization.
Account handling: Take ownership of account administration, ensuring effective coordination with Directors and clear communication to account and delivery service teams
Service development: Continuously identify opportunities to introduce service enhancements and new ways of working that add value to clients
Basic data & tracking: Proactively identify opportunities to evolve our deliverables as new technologies and tools emerge, or as client business priorities and structures change
Analysis & insight: Deliver meaningful analysis and actionable insights that support client decision-making.
Team, people, & self-development: Demonstrate ownership of personal and team development by creating development plans and monitoring progress.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- At least 4 years of experience in Market Research/Brand Management and proven experience leading a team or working across functions.
- Demonstrates intellectual and professional integrity.
- Strong networking skills with a clear service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Strong presentation skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach.
