As an Account Manager II at Honeywell Building System in Changi, Singapore, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key accounts within the building systems industry. You will focus on understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction to promote long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to promote company solutions effectively.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in account management or other relevant experience in the building systems industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • 3-6 years of BMS account managing experience 
  •  Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of building systems and their applications is preferred.
 
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Minimum 1- 3 years of account management or sales experience, specifically within the building systems industry or related field.
  • Strong ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent changes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
