We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bucharest, Romania.
As a Client Relationship Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing client portfolios and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
We will count on you to:
Provide consultancy support to Financial Insurance Lines, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders on complex matters
Manage a portfolio of clients and provide quality day-to-day service and administration of existing insurance contracts, in compliance with Marsh’s standards and procedures
Deliver tailored insurance solutions for financial lines (D&O, Professional Indemnity, Property & Liability, Cyber Insurance and Marine Cargo)
Answer client’s requests for insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy services
Solve problems regarding client account issues and ensure that appropriate messages are being sent to the clients
Participate in client and prospect meetings
Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
What you need to have:
Relevant experience in Corporate Insurance/Brokerage
Bachelor Degree
Fluent in English and Romanian
Computer proficient, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Strong communicative skills, analytical thinking, problem solver, attention to details, organized, with a good self-discipline, with initiative; ability to meet tight deadlines
Team spirit, willing to learn new things, persuasive, proactive

Skills Required
- At least 5 years experience in Corporate Insurance/Brokerage
- Bachelor Degree in Business
- Fluent in Romanian and English (B2 level)
