We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who thrives in 0-1 environments and is passionate about building something from the ground up! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in establishing and scaling our enterprise sales motion and working with mid-market to enterprise clients to close deals exceeding $250,000. This role reports directly to our Head of Sales and Partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a strategic sales playbook for mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Source and develop your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship building
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect identification to contract negotiation and close
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform product development
  • Develop compelling business cases and ROI analyses for prospective clients
  • Navigate complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Forecast accurately and maintain meticulous pipeline management
  • Contribute to the evolution of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of direct sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B environments
  • Proven track record in early-stage startup environments with experience building sales motions from scratch
  • History of consistently exceeding quota and closing enterprise deals of $250,000+
  • Experience across multiple go-to-market functions (sales, marketing, customer success)
  • Self-starter with exceptional prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outbound activities
  • Strategic account planning and relationship-building expertise
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling value propositions
  • Experience selling payment solutions or deep fintech experience required
  • Experience selling technology solutions (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Located in the United States (remote position with up to 25% travel)

Salary range: Total OTE $140k to $160k (50/50) based on experience, geography and other key factors.
