360 Live Media is looking for an Senior Account Coordinator to join our team in Washington, D.C. This role serves as a key member of the client services team, supporting client accounts through strong project management, proactive communication, and day-to-day account leadership. The Senior Account Coordinator is responsible for managing project execution across multiple workstreams while serving as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in account management, project management, or agency client services and is comfortable leading routine client meetings, managing complex timelines, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates client needs, and demonstrates strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a consultative mindset. Experience supporting strategic planning, business consulting, or organizational growth initiatives is a plus.

What You Will Do
 
  • Serve as the day-to-day project lead for assigned client accounts, managing timelines, deliverables, and communications across multiple initiatives.
  • Lead routine client meetings, status calls, and project check-ins, ensuring clear next steps, accountability, and follow through.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing responsive communication, anticipating needs, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, workbacks, budgets, and status reports while proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions.
  • Coordinate internal teams across strategy, creative, marketing, sales and operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Draft presentations, meeting agendas, and recaps that support successful project execution and decision making.
  • Monitor project budgets and scope, escalating potential issues while proposing practical solutions.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and project objectives.
  • Support Account Managers and Directors in client planning, strategic initiatives, and consulting engagements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and deliver additional value to clients.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members when appropriate.
Basic Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or a related role, preferably within an agency or consulting environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to lead client meetings and communicate confidently with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentations and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems proactively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client deliverables.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to complete a short PowerPoint assignment as part of the hiring process.
  • Ability and willingness to work from the Washington, D.C. office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with occasional travel to client offices or events.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with associations.
  • Experience working on event and conference marketing
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Teamwork.

Smithbucklin and 360 Live Media is a hybrid work environment with in-office days established as Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Employees will work a standard 40-hour week, with the possiblity of additional hours based on project deadlines.
 
Smithbucklin considers several factors when determining compensation, including a candidate's coursework, training, experience, and certifications, among other considerations. The expected pay for this role is $78,000 - $82,000.
