Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Task Execution
- Campaign Building: Build new campaigns end-to-end, including at least two campaigns per assigned cycle, within Google Ads.
- Platform Builds: Execute Google Build tasks, setting up ad groups, keywords, ad creatives, budgets, bids, and targeting parameters as per client specifications.
- Optimization: Perform Action Optimization tasks — reviewing campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments to keywords, bids, audiences, placements, and budgets to improve results.
- Locals: Handle Locals tasks, ensuring local business listings, location targeting, and local ad extensions are correctly configured and aligned with client requirements.
- Launch Ads: Manage Launch Ads tasks — final QA and go-live of campaigns/ads, ensuring accuracy before campaigns go active.
- Change Requests: Process Change Requests (CRs) raised by the client or internal stakeholders accurately and within defined turnaround times.
- Ad Type Application: Maintain working knowledge of the different Google Ads formats (see Required Knowledge section) and apply the correct format based on campaign objective.
- Metrics & Performance Management
- AHT Adherence: Consistently meet or exceed Average Handling Time (AHT) targets defined for each task type without compromising quality.
- Resource Utilization: Maintain optimal resource utilization by managing time effectively across assigned tasks and avoiding idle/unproductive time.
- Productivity: Meet defined productivity benchmarks (volume of tasks/campaigns completed per shift/day/week).
- Quality: Maintain high accuracy and adhere to quality checklists/parameters defined for each task type; minimize errors and rework.
- SLA Compliance: Ensure all tasks are completed within committed timelines to meet or exceed the SLA passing rate target set by the account.
- Reporting: Track and report own performance metrics; participate in calibration sessions and feedback discussions with the Supervisor.
- Collaboration & Process Adherence
- Process Discipline: Follow documented SOPs for each task type (campaign build, optimization, launch, CR handling, etc.).
- Escalation: Escalate ambiguous client requirements, tooling issues, or platform changes to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Supervisor and peers to ensure smooth handovers, coverage during leave/absence, and knowledge sharing.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with Google Ads platform updates, policy changes, and new ad formats.
