Join NVIDIA, the leader in AI computing, as a Segment Sales Leader for our vGPU Software. This role provides a ground breaking opportunity to drive the growth of our innovative virtual GPU platform. You will collaborate with some of the best minds in the industry, crafting the future of computing by enabling powerful AI applications. This position is based in Santa Clara, CA, a hub for innovation and technology.
What you'll be doing:
Provide cross-functional Go-To Market (GTM) leadership to grow the vGPU software business. Define, document, and align the GTM team on sales strategies and execution.
Collaborate with various functions such as product management, marketing, sales operations, and finance to build positive relationships and teamwork.
Work closely with finance and executive sales leadership to accurately forecast worldwide vGPU bookings and revenue.
Define and complete a quarterly sales enablement plan, collaborating with product marketing to build sales tools.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers through regular engagement and in-person interactions.
Build and manage a significant customer opportunities pipeline, forecasting a multi-year revenue plan.
Represent the business and its trends to top executives, regularly publishing important data and progress reports.
Collect and share customer feedback with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to influence the product roadmap.
Determine deal-level pricing and nurture strategic partnerships with key ecosystem ISVs in virtualization and end-user computing.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
12+ years of relevant sales experience, with 5+ years in product line or sales leadership, ideally passionate about virtualization or end-user computing.
Proven track record of leading significant revenue responsibilities, software sales, and exceeding targets.
Strong knowledge of go-to-market approaches, account segmentation, products, and marketing tactics.
Strong grasp of the sales process and channel sales, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the product portfolio or GTM strategy.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with on-premises and public cloud virtualization platforms.
In-depth knowledge of Citrix and VMWare virtualization platforms along with data center infrastructure.
Proven experience in building cross-functional internal teams that touch all aspects of product line enterprise sales.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
