We are now hiring a Security Manager who will be supporting our operations in Italy, Spain, Portugal
The primary requirement of this position is to ensure that our desired security level is achieved throughout all-in-country operations while at the same time contributing to team-wide objectives with own skills and expertise.
In this position you will primarily work to ensure that the company's desired security level is achieved throughout all operations in country. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to team-wide objectives with your own skills and expertise, cooperating with corporate functions.
This is an individual contributor position.
What you will do• Manage the local companies' security needs in line with global, local and customer requirements and processes, and ensure that local Security implementations comply.• Coordinate security governance activities• Lead Crisis Management establishment and execution• Manage security incidents in partnership with other units as needed, perform security incidents investigations• Support external, internal and customer audits• Ensure physical security is up to required level and assessed risks
The skills you will bring• Education: BSc, MSc with focus in a related field • A background in a Telco, SW or Service company as Security Manager or other similar position is an asset as well as some military or law enforcement experience• Leadership experience and undisputed integrity• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, Risk Management, Audit & Assessment, Information-, Personnel- and Physical security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management, Privacy, basics in security investigations• Local Laws & Regulations knowledge, including NIS2 and GDPR
Other professional & technical proficiencies• Experience in security management in a large, preferably multinational organization• Competence in security incident handling including investigation and follow up

The position includes benefits and employment conditions in accordance with the Telecomunications National Collective Labour Agreement and Company-Union Agreements.

Skills Required
