JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for coordination of the operational activities for the divisional corporate physical security department. This includes coordination of training, reporting, system implementation, vendor relationships, integration, and assistance in budget preparation and in defining project goals and timelines. Work with other members of the security group to understand and suggest improvements to the security environment.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Review and process requests to upgrade access levels for employees
- Review issues regarding improper use of badges by employees, visitors, and contractors
- Provide support to physical security projects as needed
- Provide support to the Access Management Unit
- Manage the data and files of Corporate Physical Security as well as organize and maintain information on the Division specific SharePoint site
- Maintain the ability to utilize CPS online tools to include iSight, SmartSheet, Cherwell and SharePoint and others to support CPS Division
- Provide administrative support to Investigators, Physical Security Specialists and Managers in all areas needed such as creating presentations, manipulating data using spreadsheets, providing metrics to leadership
- Review all invoices associated with the physical security program for correct coding and precise billing and process timely and accurately within Ariba
- Perform other administrative duties as requested in support of CPS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Attention to detail Communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
- Ability to learn and comprehend physical security access management systems
- Ability to learn and comprehend roles based access concepts
- Ability to show sound judgment, independence and initiative to accomplish job duties
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent experience in a field that develops the skills required for the functions and responsibilities of the position
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Experience in a corporate environment in a customer service, administrative role - 1-3
