We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer (SDE-1) to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems. You will work on cutting-edge technologies, focusing on microservices, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive complex projects independently.

• Develop and optimize scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and Golang.
• Architect and implement microservices-based applications with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Frontend, DevOps) to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure system reliability by implementing best practices for monitoring, alerting, and observability.
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Work on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes & Docker.
• Optimize databases and APIs for performance and scalability.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the adoption of new technologies when relevant.

• 1-4 years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Java and Golang.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Hands-on experience in building and scaling APIs (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience working with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems).
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and work independently on large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree from a Top Tier-1 institution (IITs, IIMs, NITs, ISB, top global universities, etc.) is strongly preferred.
