In this role you will:
- Own end-to-end functional testing of mobile features (Android & iOS) within sprint cycles, ensuring high-quality delivery for bi-weekly releases
- Design and execute test cases based on user stories, covering functional, regression, and real-world user scenarios
- Perform extensive exploratory testing on real devices to uncover edge cases and usability issues
- Validate application behaviour across different devices, OS versions, and network conditions
- Execute regression testing for every release, ensuring stability of existing features
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to test planning and estimations
- Manage defect lifecycle using JIRA, including clear reporting, validation, and root cause analysis; ensure production issues are prevented with proper test coverage
- Contribute to automation development using Appium/Selenium with Java (or similar) for critical user flows
- Maintain and execute automation test suites in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps) and support result analysis
- Continuously improve test coverage and automation adoption, identifying candidates for automation and reducing manual effort over time
- Bachelor's degree in C.S. or similar stream.
- Three to Five years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on mobile applications (iOS and Android), primarily in manual testing
- Proven hands-on experience in end-to-end mobile application testing, including real-device validation and exploratory testing
- Strong experience in functional and regression testing, with emphasis on real-world user scenarios and usability validation
- Good exposure to test automation, including scripting using Selenium/Appium with Java or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of AI-driven test automation.
- Familiarity with tools like JUnit, TestNG, Gradle, JMeter, Git, and SQL for automation support
- Basic to intermediate programming skills (Java, C#, .NET, or JavaScript) for automation
- Strong understanding of mobile app behaviour, including device-level testing, network conditions, and real-world scenarios
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

In this role you will be part of SDK QA team, which is responsible for ensuring quality for end customers on SDK products. You will work work closely with the Mumbai-based SDK QA team.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on mobile applications
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end mobile application testing
- Experience with test automation using Selenium/Appium with Java or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Basic to intermediate programming skills in Java, C#, .NET, or JavaScript
