Responsibilities:
- Be the scrum master for all internal project teams
- Provide scrum and project reports to upper management
- Perform Stakeholder Management
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources
- Delegate project tasks to employees who are best positioned to complete them
- Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Plan sprints and tasks in Jira
- Work with the required project management tools including Jira and Asana
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of Scrum Master experience with a consulting or professional services firm
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to organize, motivate and communicate with teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with product and/or software development processes
- Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
- Understanding of resource management including human, financial, and other asset-based resources.
- Strong preference for familiarity with Agile methodology including knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and project tools like Asana.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IT projects
- Experience working in Entrepreneurial and Startup environments
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and may vary accordingly.
