GDIT is looking for a SCRUM Master to join our National Institutes of Health (NIH) CIT Hosting and Storage Services Program.We are seeking a forward-thinking innovator who brings deep curiosity for emerging technologies and a commitment to exploring how new digital capabilities can elevate human expertise rather than replace it. Our ideal candidate champions responsible experimentation, learns quickly from iteration, and approaches complex challenges with a critical, growth minded perspective that fuels continuous modernization and meaningful impact.This is a HYBRID role - 3 days on customer site in Bethesda MD.This role will require you to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and will require you to provide onsite fingerprinting at a designated facility. This investigation may review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications. Responsibilities:- Lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Tracks actions, deadlines, and deliverables to maintain schedule discipline
- Supports reporting, coordination, and risk tracking across task areas
- Support team members and mentoring them in Agile practices
- 6 years managing Agile delivery and sprint execution
- Experience coordinating schedules, workflows, and cross‑team planning
- Skilled in backlog management and documentation
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
- Certified SCRUM Master (CSM)
- Experience in translating requirements and facilitating discussions
- Experience in identifying and removing impediments to maintain workflow
