About this opportunity:
We are looking for talented Scrum Master who is also interested in technical grow as Software DevOps Engineer with different seniority wanting to join our team. In that role you will be responsible for building Agile Environment in team and also developing, maintaining & enabling the CI workflow in an easy-to-use Engineering Environment.
What you will do:• Facilitate smooth and efficient Scrum ceremonies• Coach the team on Agile practices without micromanaging• Performing investigation, analysis and troubleshooting of encountered issues.• Cooperation within the development/DevOps team to help facilitate and improve CI/CD environment.• Developing competencies in a complex technical domain.• On a daily basis you will need to use Linux, Bash, Python, Git so we need proficiency in these areas.
The skills you bring:• Experience in Scrum Master role • Good Unix/Linux competence• Strong experience in programming languages: Python, Bash• Knowledge of version control system (preferred GIT)• Strong analytical skills and creative thinking.• Education: BSc/MSc, technical studies• Teamwork and high level of communication skills• English to be able to work in international team
Nice to have:• Be able to define technical requirements for DevOps infrastructures• Basic software development methodology, integration, and testing knowledge• Some experience in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker/Podman and Helm)• Basic understanding of at least one of the following languages: C/C++, Erlang• Knowledge of virtualization concepts• Knowledge of automation tools (preferred Jenkins, Spinnaker)• Experience in working in Agile methodology.• Polish at the advanced level.
Role is based in Krakow, Poland, hybrid, min. 3 days from office is required.
