Job Description
Act as a servant leader and coach for up to two Agile teams as part of a program. Work independently, providing coaching and mentoring to other Scrum Masters and teams. Able to launch teams & help waterfall teams transform to agile methodology. Evangelize agile mindset, operating norms and best practices. Assist and coach leaders through Agile Transformation. Collaborate with Product Owners, business leadership, architects and vendors to ensure alignment on program strategy and execution. Coordinate and facilitate large program planning sessions. Partner with Product Owners and Senior Product Owners to ensure program vision, roadmap, features & epics are defined, prioritized and clearly understood by Agile Teams Provide scaling agile expertise and position multiple agile teams to effectively deliver on program goals and objectives, in alignment with MassMutual practices, policies and standards. Work with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to identify and manage interdependencies across the program and coordinate integration planning. Support Scrum Masters to remove impediments at the team level and tackle program impediments including the creation and implementation of action plans and responses for mitigation. Facilitate program retrospectives and use of program metrics to champion the team(s) through their challenges. Consistently leverage metrics to diagnose team dynamics and understand challenges. Help teams and leadership recognize agile anti-patterns to identify opportunities for improved performance, predictability, maturity and continuous improvement. Viewed as a subject matter expert on agile methodologies & practices and actively contributes and leads within the Scrum Master Community/Guild.

Located at the heart of Financial District, the facility boasts of work class infrastructure and amenities, enabled by state-of-the-art technology and security systems. In-house gymnasium / aerobics center, yoga room, indoor games room, mothers’ / wellness room, 200+ seater cafeteria, high-rise & lounge seating are some of the amenities available for the employees. The SEZ facility will also provide common creche and eat-out restaurants in the building premises, once operational.
