About the role:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of the full marketing mix and growth drivers for Premium Scotch brands: JW, Buchanan’s and Old Parr, in close coordination with the Head of Whisky & Luxury for CCV, Premium Scotch BMs, and key stakeholders in CMO/Commercial, RGM, Finance, Legal, CR, GBT/CCT in CCA to deliver outstanding results.

  • Delivering annual targets in sell-out value, P&L and market share, while driving improvements in key brand equity metrics. Business acumen and performance management are essential.

  • Supporting the creation and execution of best-in-class in-market brand plans that outperform competitors through strong 360° strategies — with agility, risk management, and a learning mindset.

  • Supporting the Business Performance tracking (analysis, action plans, execution)

  • Ensuring brand and product relevance by deeply understanding territory, occasion, and cultural context to connect meaningfully with consumers.

  • Supporting the A&P management (forecast, POs, etc)

Experience / skills required:

  • Hunger for growth and learning

  • Ownership and a “can-do” mindset

  • Team player: this role must work closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally, including Premium Scotch BMs, Culture Manager, Media Manager, Innovation, CMO, Finance, CR, Legal, Global, Agencies, Partners, etc. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills are essential.

  • Effective communication skills (in Spanish and English)

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Analytical mindset and ability to learn from different sources of information
