Supervises, coaches, and supports team members, assists with onboarding and training, resolves guest concerns, coordinates with the kitchen, manages call-outs, and upholds the brand’s premium service and presentation standards.

Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure desserts and food are prepared to brand recipes and presentation standards. Manage production schedules, quality control, food safety, inventory, and waste reduction. Train and coach team members, assist with scheduling and peak service operations, and collaborate with front-of-house for seamless service and special events.
