In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Support successful vehicle and laboratory testing by assisting engineers and test technicians with test setup, execution, and troubleshooting, helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Provide accurate and organized test documentation by recording test setups, procedures, and results, enabling data-driven decisions and maintaining engineering traceability.
Contribute to high-quality test results through proper instrumentation installation, verification, and monitoring, ensuring reliable data collection during testing activities.
Improve operational efficiency by coordinating test part logistics and ensuring the right components, tools, and equipment are available when needed.
Maintain compliance and equipment readiness by supporting asset management activities, calibration tracking, and documentation requirements that uphold quality standards.
Analyze test data and identify trends using engineering fundamentals, Excel, and other analytical tools to help engineers evaluate performance and support product improvements.
Promote a safe and organized laboratory environment by maintaining cleanliness, following safety procedures, and supporting a culture of workplace safety and professionalism.
Apply mechanical and automotive knowledge in a hands-on setting to assemble test components, interpret engineering drawings, and support the development and validation of vehicle systems and products.
