The Scheduling Coordinator will report directly to the Audit Resource Manager, this person will also work closely with the Manager and key niche/service leaders within the firm serve as an expert on project scheduling.
Job Responsibilities:

Understand and utilize the scheduling system to input and track projects.

Establish procedures and time frames for input into the master schedule.

Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule.

Provide schedule metrics for input into overall project progress reporting.

Review and assess schedule artifacts in support of audit projects, proposal development, and baseline reviews.

Create schedule communications.
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma and client services or administrative services experience required.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote team members and management.

Individual must be highly detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and help to ensure deadlines are met.

Proactive with strong organizational, writing and communication skills.

Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Engagement.

Display a commitment to acting in the best interest of the firm.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent preferred.

Minimum of 2 years Public Accounting Audit experience
