As a Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator at Apple Valley Village, you will organize and schedule appropriate clinical department coverage, including the master schedule, daily schedule and scheduling replacements for shifts. 
Position Type: Full-Time including working every other weekend and every other holiday
Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm 
Pay: $22.50 - $30.04 / hour depending on experience
Location: 14650 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124
Scheduler/ Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department.
  • Interview candidates for open CNA and HHA positions.
  • Track continuing educational programs for staff.
  • Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
Scheduler/ Staffing Coordinator Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years prior staffing/scheduling experience highly preferred.
  • Must have flexibility in scheduling including on-call hours.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
