Provide direct clinical care to residents in a 140-bed senior care campus as an on-call RN or LPN: administer medications and treatments per physician orders, document care in electronic charting/medication systems, manage supplies and equipment, notify clinical leads and families of condition changes, and perform other required duties while supporting a positive, team-oriented care environment.

Manage a small activities team and plan, schedule, and run meaningful recreational programs seven days a week for senior residents. Support and assist residents in participation, maintain respectful interactions with residents, families, and staff, and perform related duties as assigned.

Support the nursing team by assisting with resident care and comfort, documenting services and incidents, responding to help cords, completing duties with minimal supervision, and pursuing employer-paid QMAP certification.

Lead daily operations of an assisted living and memory care community, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee staffing and training, support sales and occupancy goals, manage relationships with residents and families, and contribute to strategic planning.

Manage nursing department staffing: maintain master and daily schedules, approve and fill shift replacements, contact staff for coverage, interview CNA candidates, track continuing education and attendance, and complete disciplinary documentation. Provide on-call scheduling support and assist DON with staffing levels.

Provide therapy services (PT/OT/ST) to older adults and other patients: assess, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance. Roles include therapists and assistants, full- and part-time, with some floating between locations.

Manage billing and collections for skilled nursing and assisted living: generate and submit claims, post payments and ancillaries, produce private pay statements, resolve billing issues, meet days outstanding targets, perform month-end closings, and use DDE, MN-ITS, Excel, and payer websites.

Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, restrooms, day rooms, and dining areas (dusting, vacuuming, washing, trash removal). Follow additional tasks as assigned, communicate with residents and staff, and maintain a consistent schedule. Training provided; full-time, Monday–Friday shift.

On-call receptionist for an assisted living community greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, handling mail and administrative tasks, assisting with move paperwork, giving tours, supporting dining/escort duties, and providing excellent customer service to residents and families.
