Join us as our new Supply Chain Project Manager– Legal Entity Harmonization
As a Supply Chain Project Manager Legal Entity Harmonization within Supply Chain at Novonesis, you will play a key role in shaping the foundation for a unified global organization — One Novonesis. Following the merger of Novozymes and Chr. Hansen, we are now building a simplified and harmonized global legal entity structure that supports our shared purpose: better business, healthier lives, and a healthier planet.
In this role, you will lead and coordinate Supply Chain workstreams related to global legal entity alignment and company name changes. You will work closely with colleagues from IT, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, and other functions to ensure smooth and compliant transitions across systems and processes.
Welcome to Order to Cash Team
You will be part of the Order to Cash area within Supply Chain, reporting to the Head of O2C Integration, and will collaborate with local project teams in rollout countries to ensure successful on-site execution and alignment with global standards. The position is based in Lyngby, Denmark, and includes international travel, depending on rollout timelines and country scope.
Order to Cash team is behind the process, solution and systems within the order to cash processes, where integration with customers and logistics partners are part of the solution, we offer to enable digitalization and automation of the order handling processes. In the team, there are processes leading within various areas, looking into AI implementation into the customer inquiry handling process, ensuring smooth ordering experience for e-commerce platform, and many other areas. We are a team of 12 talents working in a dynamic international work environment with dedicated colleagues in Denmark and India
In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
Project Management & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate Supply Chain workstreams for legal entity harmonization and company name change projects across regions and markets.
- Represent the Supply Chain function in global rollout projects, ensuring alignment and support for local teams.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and deliver key milestones on time.
Legal Entity & Name Change Execution
- Oversee activities related to legal entity name changes, including harmonizing company identifiers in systems (e.g., ERP, labels, shipping documents, invoices).
- Ensure timely updates to supply chain materials such as product labels, delivery notes, and packaging documentation.
- Align business processes, master data, and system integrations with the new legal structure.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the Supply Chain lead in cross-functional teams (IT, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, Quality, and Legal) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Adapt global frameworks to meet local requirements and ensure compliant implementation across countries.
- Collaborate with the Integration Team on technical readiness and system updates for new entities.
- Support change management and stakeholder communication to prepare the organization for transitions.
Supply Chain Process Alignment
- Align end-to-end Supply Chain processes — from inbound logistics to outbound delivery — ensuring business continuity and compliance.
- Manage impacts across areas such as Order to Cash, master data, labeling, trade documentation, and system integrations.
- Drive the implementation of simplified, standardized processes that reflect the “One Novonesis” entity structure.
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or similar field.
- 5–10 years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional global projects, with a strong understanding of Order to Cash, logistics (inbound-outbound), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse functions, regions, and cultures.
- Structured, proactive, and results-driven, with flexibility for international travel as needed.
- English skills
