IKEA Services (Vietnam) Co., Ltd is currently looking for a Accounting Intern working in Supply Area South East Asia, Accounting team.
Job Description
Scope of assignment:
- Follow company procedures for book-keeping, invoice handling and payment process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage asset movement on the system
- Support Accounting team in preparing accounting books, arranging, filing, and archiving accounting documents.
- Study and involve in preparing some Accounting and tax reports following guidance from the supervisor.
- Support Accounting team in working with auditors and tax consultants, preparing data and documents for statutory audit, tax review and/or tax inspection (if any).
- Other ad-hoc assignments required by the supervisor.
Key deliverables
At the end of this internship, the intern will be equipped practical accounting knowledge and skills, understand some basics standard operating procedures in an SME.
Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th year student. Expected Graduation after Oct 2025 and can provide the Internship Recommendation letter from the University
- Good communication in English and proactive attitude
- Good computer skills, especially data handling, Excel and Word
- Good knowledge of finance, accounting or related fields
- Interested in Accounting – Tax – Legal and Standard Operating Procedures

- Details on time invested: full days Mondays - Fridays
