- Implementation & Deployment: Manage end-to-end implementation cycles, including data migration, testing
(UAT), and system go-live.
- System Maintenance: Provide Tier 3
support, conduct root cause analysis for issues, and manage quarterly
system updates.
- Integration Support: Ensure seamless integration between
SuccessFactors and existing SAP HCM or payroll systems.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–9+ years of
experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 1-2 full-cycle
implementations.
- Module Expertise: Proven expertise
in SF Employee Central (EC) and at least one other module (e.g., Time
Management, Recruiting, Onboarding).
- Certification: SAP SuccessFactors
Certification is required or strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with XML configuration, Data Models, Role-Based Permissions
(RBP), and Workflow design. ABAP
Skills Required
- 3-9+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Expertise in SF Employee Central and one other module
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification
- Familiarity with XML configuration and Data Models
