We are seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant with a strong background in data migration to support a large-scale transformation program within the pharmaceutical industry. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring that quality management processes, master data, and transactional data are accurately migrated and integrated into the SAP landscape, supporting end-to-end quality operations in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the SAP QM module implementation, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules such as PP, MM, and WM.

• Manage and execute data migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading for QM-related master and transactional data.

• Collaborate closely with business process owners, data teams, and technical experts to define migration rules, mapping logic, and quality assurance checks.

• Ensure that GxP and compliance requirements are met during all stages of system design, testing, and data migration.

• Participate in fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.

• Provide expertise in QM processes such as inspection planning, results recording, usage decision, quality notifications, and batch management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and data-related issues, ensuring a smooth cutover and go-live.

• Support training and documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and user readiness.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP implementation, with at least 5 years focused on SAP QM.

• Proven experience in data migration projects — preferably using tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, or migration cockpit.

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or life sciences quality processes, including GMP and validation principles.

• Hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments is highly preferred.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team setting.
