We are seeking an SAP Payroll and Integration Analyst with a foundational background in SAP ABAP HCM, object-oriented programming, and US Payroll processes. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply their training and grow in SAP technologies, specifically in payroll operations and integration with vendors and third-party systems.

Candidates should possess strong problem-solving and debugging skills, a solid understanding of Payroll Control Center (PCC) functionalities, and foundational knowledge in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI) and Web Services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Payroll Integrations: Support and manage payroll integrations, including both inbound and outbound processes with third-party vendors, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution.

· SAP ABAP HCM Development: Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP ABAP HCM applications, focusing on payroll functionalities and custom requirements.

· SAP SCPI and Web Services: Utilize SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI) and Web Services to facilitate data exchange between systems, ensuring secure and seamless integration processes.

· Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues within the payroll system, utilizing strong debugging skills to improve process efficiencies.

· Payroll Control Center (PCC) Support: Work within the Payroll Control Center to monitor, analyze, and resolve payroll-related issues, performing validations and configuring necessary settings.

· Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve payroll processing issues using analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to optimize payroll operations, including automation of manual tasks where applicable.

Qualifications:

· Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree (non-computer science background acceptable with relevant SAP training).

· Training in SAP ABAP HCM, object-oriented programming, and algorithms.

· Knowledge of US Payroll processes and Payroll Control Center (PCC) functionalities.

· Familiarity with SAP SCPI (SAP Cloud Platform Integration) and Web Services for data integration.

· Strong debugging skills and experience in payroll integration processes.

· Familiarity with integration protocols with third-party vendors.

· Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach.

Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of ABAP programming, integration best practices, Web Services, and Payroll Control Center (PCC).

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

38,500 USD

Maximum :

61,100 USD
