Team Description:
Workforce Technology focuses specifically on supporting the end-to-end product life cycle for technology which supports the HR function. The Workforce Technology team is looking for an Analyst to provide support to the Global Information Security (GIS), Data Privacy, and Management Audit work streams. In this role, the Analyst will be responsible for facilitating completion of required information security assessments, data privacy inquiries, and management audit activities for tools in in the Workforce Technology application portfolio. They will also monitor security findings and ensure timely resolution for tools in the portfolio and provide security compliance reporting for all tools in the broader HR Technology Ecosystem.
The Analyst will manage and maintain Workforce Technology portfolio records in ServiceNow, support data collection activities, develop communication and presentation materials, assist with meeting logistics, technology research, data analysis, solution development, and engage with partners across HR, IT, and external vendors.
Responsibilities of Role (List in order of priority, first few bullets should be the most important):
- Facilitate completion of information security assessments, data privacy inquiries, and management audit activities for tools in in the Workforce Technology portfolio
- Monitor security findings and ensure timely resolution
- Develop and maintain associated documentation, metrics reporting, and dashboards
- Manage and maintain Workforce Technology portfolio records in ServiceNow which includes business applications, tech currency, service portfolio, and capabilities
- Act as liaison to GIS who cascades relevant information and process requirements to the Workforce Technology department and HR stakeholder teams
- Prepare communication and presentations
- Assist with meeting preparation, facilitation, and documentation of notes/action items
- Provide input on required tasks, timelines, and proposed solutions
- Engage and collaborate effectively with multiple teams across HR, IT, and external vendors
Must Haves (Years of Experience, languages, programs, tools, etc.):
- 5 years of related HR or IT business experience
- Familiarity with TWDC Information Security Policies and Standards
- Collaborative, able to work as part of a team in a constructive way
- Apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build partnerships
- Ability to analyze data and complex business priorities to produce flexible solution options
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to think and plan in a broad, systematic way
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion

- Experience with multiple HR functions or HR Technology tools
- Smartsheet, Clarity, ServiceNow CMDB, Airtable, Archer, Process Unity
- Agile project management methodology
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in California is $114,900 - $154,100 per year and in Washington is $120,300 - $161,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
