The Senior Team Lead, Consulting is a developing people management role and has the responsibility for supervising the provision of technology consulting services to clients and to evaluate strategies and solutions on all aspects of enterprise technology requirements.
This role provides consulting engagements, linking the business mission, strategy, and processes of an organization to its Information Technology strategy.
The primary objective of this role is to manage and coordinate activities and initiatives that lead to the delivery of technology consulting services.
This senior team lead role strives towards fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture across the consulting team within their remit.
- Supervises and coordinates the delivery of consulting services and implementation solutions that extract and maximize business value from IT investments at client sites.
- Operationally manages the provision of enterprise-technology consulting services to clients to analyze and provide holistic strategies and solutions on all aspects of enterprise technology requirements.
- Inputs into the development of a clear strategy and standards that allows the clients’ organization to shift gears and adapt as priorities change over time with management.
- Monitors projects with clients to ensure that they are executed accordingly.
- Proactively manages assessment processes and supports the roadmap and business case development for enterprise technology services.
- Supports and implements change strategy initiatives that enables the migration from current to future technologies.
- Develops future-state structures, processes and methodologies and develop a sustainable enterprise technology program with management.
- Takes responsibility for the operational management of a consulting or related team.
- Proactively manages transformation consulting engagement to support the roadmap and business case development for consulting services.
- Continually strives for efficiencies by applying consulting services methodology to increasingly complex client engagements.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and/or Business Management or a related field.
- Scaled Agile certification desirable.
- Relevant consulting and technical certifications preferred.
- Solid client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management.
- Solid experience in integrating the solution for the particular project with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices.
- Solid experience in a consulting and senior IT role within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment.
- Developing experience operationally managing a consulting or related team.
- Solid demonstrated project management experience.
