About the RoleAs an SAP FICO Consultant, you will take ownership of implementing SAP solutions, from analyzing business requirements to configuring systems and supporting clients post go-live. You’ll play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What will you do?- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementations
- Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP solutions
- Identify system gaps and propose functional designs
- Configure SAP modules and develop test scenarios
- Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation
- Support clients during go-live and post-implementation (hypercare)
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
- Provide pre-sales support and contribute to solution design
- Mentor junior consultants and lead training sessions
- Assist in developing SAP-related training materials and academy courses
- Identify opportunities for additional consulting services
RequirementsHard Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO (FI & CO modules)
- Experience with full-cycle SAP implementation projects
- Knowledge of S/4HANA (preferred)
- Familiarity with COPA (a plus)
- Ability to configure SAP systems and handle integrations
- Experience in testing, migration, and system enablement
- Strong documentation and process design skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
- Experience handling 3–5 full-cycle implementations and mini projects
- SAP Certification is a plus
