🎯 DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO:

👨‍💼 Responsable de implementar, configurar, monitorear, optimizar y solucionar problemas en el entorno técnico de SAP.

🛠️ Gestión de Incidentes, Solicitudes, Cambios y Problemas, garantizando la estabilidad operativa.
📊 Supervisión del rendimiento y disponibilidad de sistemas, aplicaciones y bases de datos.

⚠️ Manejo de incidentes críticos y escalaciones, aplicando acciones correctivas en casos de Prioridad 1.
🔁 Mejora continua del monitoreo para eventos repetitivos, brindando soluciones permanentes.

📘 Redacción y actualización de artículos de conocimiento para asegurar coherencia y calidad técnica.
📢 Comunicación interna eficaz durante incidentes de Prioridad 1 y 2.
📈 Enfoque en la optimización del rendimiento y realización de análisis de causa raíz para prevenir futuros inconvenientes.
