Main Responsabilities
- Create and maintain scalable, reusable components, templates, and design tokens to ensure consistency and accessibility compliance.
- Partner with engineering to achieve 1:1 parity between design and coded implementations (e.g., Qt QML, React) and resolve implementation challenges.
- Support and optimize design-to-development workflows to deliver high-quality, production-ready UI screens for embedded systems.
- Support design system governance by implementing approved enhancement requests, assisting with audits, and providing Figma guidance to design teams.
- Conduct component and visual audits to ensure compliance with typography, color, spacing, and interaction patterns.
- Validate accessibility standards and mentor teams on inclusive design best practices.
- Develop detailed usage guidelines, support onboarding and training sessions, and assist leads in tracking component health across product teams.
What Skills You Need
- Four+ years of experience in UI/UX fundamentals (interaction design, visual hierarchy, usability).
- Four years managing design tokens and implementing WCAG standards for accessible components.
- Four years of proficiency with Figma and design tools (libraries, variants, workflows).
- Four years of experience with front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS) and frameworks like React and Qt QML.
- Strong communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and adaptability
- Portfolio Requirement A portfolio demonstrating visual design expertise and system thinking, including components, tokens, accessibility standards, documentation, and real-world implementation.

Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in Interaction or Graphic Design, Human Factors, or a related field discipline, or equivalent experience.
