Salesforce UI/UX Designer-PH

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Looking for a Salesforce UI/UX Designer from the Philippines available to work during US hours. This role is responsible for design of user interfaces for the Salesforce Platform, collaboration with the product and development teams during implementation, research, and project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you’ll get to…

• lead the design of user interfaces for the Salesforce Platform, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience across all platforms, including both mobile and desktop. Specific deliverables may include wireframes, prototypes, user flow diagrams, user journeys, low fidelity mockups, high-fidelity visual designs and other deliverables as appropriate (UI/UX Design)
• conduct user research, analyze data, and apply insights to continually improve the user experience (User Research)
• work closely with the product and development teams during implementation to ensure that design concepts are translated into fully functional and visually compelling features (Collaborative Development)
• take charge of design projects as needed, including Customer portals, Salesforce application and marketing platforms (Graphic Design)
• develop and maintain client's visual identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all applications (Branding and Visual Identity)
• oversee complex design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• lead design and requirement sessions with business partners (Project Management)
• perform other ad hoc duties related to the role as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
On day one, we’ll expect you to…

• have 5 to 8 years of experience in both UI/UX and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across digital products for both mobile and desktop platforms, as well as marketing materials including Salesforce
• have design principles - familiarity with interaction design and information architecture, ensuring that designs are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-centric
• have proven experience in conducting user research, analyzing data, and applying insights to improve user experience
• be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Balsamiq
• have problem solving aptitude - natural ability to understand problems and ideate on potential solutions
• have strong ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• have completed formal education in Design, including a degree or certificate, or equivalent professional experience
• have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
• be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
• be willing to install and use a time entry app while working with us because this will be for auto time tracking as a basis for our compensation
• be willing to work in US Pacific time zone (8:00am-5:00pm PST) corresponding to 12:00am -9:00am PH time
• be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
