Our team is searching for a motivated IT professional to join Health Care division as a Salesforce Tech Lead. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its declarative capabilities to implement solutions for our Health Care business unit based on guidance from an Architect or Product Director. This includes designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining them. You will work with the Architects and Engineering Teams, contributing to the design & development of global-scaled solutions for our Health Care business unit across 25 markets.
Responsibilities:

Guide the hybrid Salesforce development team, providing technical coaching and support

In partnership with an Architect and Product Director, design, develop (including overseeing customization, configuration, and integration), and deploy scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that integrate well with P&G IT ecosystem and align with business objectives

Collaborate with Sales, Medical, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications

Stay informed on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement

Ensure quality development according to Salesforce team development standards, internal team alignment, Salesforce best practices, supporting long-term maintainability (incl. documentation standards)

Provide heads-on expertise and execution with the team on top value initiatives
Job Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration with third-party applications.
-
Good working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its declarative and programmatic (LWC, Apex, VF) capabilities as well as out-of-the-box functionalities.

Prior experience in a technical leadership or technical advisory/guidance role.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Fluent English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications/Experiences
-
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator and Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or System Architect are highly desirable

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
-
Practical experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce as well as Release Management processes including SF DX/SF CLI, Scratch Orgs, and packaging

Knowledge of life sciences CRM(s), e.g.: Veeva CRM, IQVIA OCE
