About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Salesforce Full Stack Developer to join our team as a Member of Technical Staff (MTS). This role is ideal for developers who thrive in fast-paced environments, are eager to learn new technologies, and can leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development and delivery.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications across the full stack

  • Build and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce

  • Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and external services

  • Work on API-led architecture and integrations using MuleSoft and other enterprise integration platforms.

  • Build and implement intelligent agents using Salesforce Agentforce

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

  • Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies

  • Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices, with AI as a core part of your development workflow by pushing the boundaries of AI development tools to deliver secure, optimized, and high-quality code.
  • Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows, driving efficiency and innovation at scale.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining the shared system context, an explicit repository of system designs, constraints, and standards that enables AI to operate accurately and reliably.
  • Critically evaluate code (human or AI-generated) for correctness, quality, security, and performance

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce and full stack development

  • Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL)

  • Hands-on experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

  • Experience working with APIs and integrations

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly

  • A demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to engineering — using AI to move faster, build fluency across the stack, and contribute well beyond your core specialty.

  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, etc.) in development workflows.
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills and the ability to write precise, structured prompts and cultivate the system context that makes AI outputs reliable, secure, and production-ready.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MuleSoft and API-led development

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude etc.) in development workflows

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II,Platform Administrator Certification, etc.)
