Position Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Salesforce environment, users, configuration, customization, and implementation of custom applications.

Duties may include:

• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces using the Salesforce platform
• Experience working in Flows, LWC,Aura and Apex
• Review, implement and propagate Salesforce Best Practices.

Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)

Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or other technical degree or in the alternative a combination of education, certifications and work experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.

Experience:

• 2+ year of Salesforce Developer Experience
• Experience in working with CD/CI DevOps tools( BitBuket, Jenkins).
• Experience in Salesforce configuration and development
• Experience working with source code repositories
• Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Experience
• Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Thorough knowledge in Salesforce Reports and Dashboar

Knowledge and Skills:

• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
• SOQL or other Database Query Language proficiency
• Work on outbound and inbound integrations from/to Salesforce
• Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, understand business requirements, and provide workable solutions to our customers
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred - Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Platform Developer I
• Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service and CRM Analytics Plus

FLEX WORK IN WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.
