How You Will ContributeAs a Salesforce Developer, you will report to the Salesforce Engineering Manager and play a key role in building and enhancing our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for delivering scalable, reusable, and secure solutions using a combination of out-of-the-box features and custom development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend best-fit solutions prioritizing clicks over code.
- Maintain clean, extensible code with a strong focus on reusability, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in regular sprint planning, stand-ups, and progress tracking using tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
- Provide occasional on-call support for incident management and troubleshooting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Flows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features including @wire, LDS, LMS, Platform Events, and @invocable methods.
- Experience with asynchronous processing, REST/Bulk APIs, and governor limits.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming principles.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, or Architect track.
- Experience with Mulesoft and integration patterns.
- Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience).
- Knowledge of enterprise design patterns and large org management.
- Passion for learning new technologies and improving development workflows.
