What You’ll do on a Typical Day :-
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented developer to maintain and optimize our Salesforce release process. This is a centralized role, collaborating with multiple teams across multiple orgs to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce features, enhancements, and bug fixes. This role requires a thorough understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle, GitHub and GitHub CLI.

Handle weekly releases for 3 Salesforce production orgs of varying size and complexity

Communicate with the CoE to address validation errors, merge conflicts, and back deployments as part of a regular release cadence

Maintain and improve branching strategies for projects of varying size and complexity (agile vs waterfall)

Maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple orgs, sandboxes, and repositories

Develop and maintain technical documentation around deployment practices
What We’re looking for :
-
Graduate with 3+ years of experience managing releases in complex environments
-
Deep understanding of GitHub and GitHub CLI/Git Bash
-
2+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform
-
Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture fundamentals (schemas, dependencies, Apex frameworks)

Experience with DevOps principles and CI/CD tools (preferably Gearset)

Experience in technical analysis and documentation

Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical team members

Experience using SFDC and development-related tools (VS Code, Apex Data Loader, Jira, Confluence)
