The Salesforce Developer acts as an internal function the developing, running, and maintaining of the IT systems and platforms Nokia is running on. Develops and maintains applications to meet the business needs of the organisation. Covers the performance and monitoring of day-to-day database and system activities as well as the provision of remote support to users regarding hardware and software problems.
Responsibilities- Analyses technical requirements provided by solution architect and translates them into implementable sw designs and configurations. Evaluates possibilities with different technologies and platforms.
- Analyze ideas and demands for technology and architectural fit and provides technical estimates that can be used by program owner for cost/benefit analysis. Codes, develops, build and propose detailed technical solutions utilizing existing or new technologies.
- Can act as a testing specialist, responsible for the quality of software development and deployment. Performing automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose. Handles test planning, risk mitigation and prevention of software issues.
- Participates in solution integration and provisioning activities.
- Provide production support right after the move into production
- Analyze and studies complex systems requirements and troubleshoots and resolves issues in existing software or solution.
- Prepares software design, configuration and technical implementation documentation.
- Participates in prototyping, pilots and PoC’s
- Connecting and automate data sources, along with building visualizations.
- Provides technical guidance for projects or solution designs.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with 4-7 years in Salesforce.
- Experience in Apex (classes, triggers, Queueables, Batchable, Schedulable), SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Aura, Visualforce (legacy support), Salesforce Flows and optimization of Apex/LWC
- Preferably in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Services; middleware experience (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar).
- Data: Data Loader, Workbench, LDV strategies, indexing/selectivity, large-scale imports/exports.

- Salesforce Admin, Salesforce PD I certifications.
