Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration. The Salesforce Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions to support business processes, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze use cases, and translate functional requirements into technical designs.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce functionality, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to technical challenges.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Must have experience in working with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Customer or Partner or Both communities).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative configuration options.
- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies such as REST API, SOAP API, and Salesforce Connect.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and develop scalable, efficient solutions.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
