Lead the architecture, design, and development of network software for wireless communication systems. Responsibilities include data and control plane development, Layer 2 networking, switching, traffic management, security, device and cloud management, provisioning, telemetry, diagnostics, and hardware interfacing. The role requires deep networking expertise, C/C++ systems programming, UNIX knowledge, telecom or embedded product experience, and technical leadership across cloud software development and operations.

Design, develop, integrate, and test PHY-layer calibration software for next-generation fixed wireless broadband systems. Build C/C++ modules for multicore DSP/ARM processors and real-time operating systems, including channel estimation, IQ imbalance correction, and LO leakage cancellation. Develop MATLAB and C++ unit-test vectors, validate performance on real hardware, and create RF board testing scripts. Collaborate with L2/L3 software, FPGA, and ASIC teams on cross-layer wireless features.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab). Automate environment creation with Terraform, manage Kubernetes clusters and Istio, deploy cloud services (Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis, RDS), implement monitoring and scaling, support production systems, and provide on-call troubleshooting and non-disruptive release capabilities.

Design and develop software-defined connectivity solutions, managing network services, device management, and ensuring system performance and reliability.

Provides FP&A support through forecasting, budgeting, strategic modeling, month-end reporting, board materials, and variance analysis. As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain an operating platform for next-gen wireless products, collaborating across teams and validating product functionality, while managing projects independently.

The Integration Test Engineer will implement test plans for hardware and FPGA functionality, manage regressions, build test stations, and analyze results to ensure product quality.
