Position overview
As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Salesforce Sales Cloud product roadmap and delivering system enhancements.
You will elicit, document, and analyze functional requirements and translate them into agile user stories for product enhancements, as well as defining key acceptance criteria that will inform test scenarios for both QA and UAT. You will play an active role throughout scrum cycle, bridging the gap between the development team and the business as well as supporting the testing and release process.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Engaging with internal Finastra teams to understand their business needs and to outline detailed product requirements across the Salesforce technology stack.
Collaborating with the Salesforce product owners and development teams to build product solutions, enhancing existing product functionality.
Documenting product requirements and solutions documentation
Participating in the development and grooming of Agile User Stories.
Documentation of workflow, leveraging Finastra tools and technology.
Working closely and collaboratively with development and QA teams to ensure optimal quality throughout the Salesforce application development lifecycle.
Participation in the QA (Testing) lifecycle to validate solution has met requirements as documented and providing feedback on testing results.
Able to effectively facilitate user group sessions, requirements gathering workshops with a variety of participants from both business and technology.
Conducting show and tells and product demonstrations

Required Skills and Experience:
2+ years Business Analysis experience
Demonstrable experience of working with Salesforce applications either as a Business Analyst or System Administrator (Sales Cloud, CPQ)
At least 2 years' experience working with any of the following: Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity Management, Quoting, Contracts and Renewals processes
Experience working in agile scrum teams
Ability to take a systematic and analytic approach to problem solving, whilst paying close attention to the detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate concisely and clearly
Ability to break down technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the enterprise
Solid technical aptitude specific to core CRM technologies, Lightning Platform, Automation and AppExchange
Track record of successful customer-facing engagements, self-starting skills.
A high degree of proficiency using Microsoft tools
Working knowledge of Jira or other scrum tools
Applicants should be willing to support global product deployments, working across different time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related discipline required (or equivalent work experience).
Desirable
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst or Sales Cloud Consultant
Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud
Financial Services industry experience
