We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and understands how to translate marketing and sales requirements into scalable, well-governed system solutions. This role is for a self-starter who can prioritize competing requests, partner effectively with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders, and keep our CRM and marketing automation platform clean, reliable, and aligned with business goals. The Salesforce Administrator will manage day-to-day configuration, support campaign operations, and help drive adoption of best practices across the marketing and sales team. Strong communication skills and technical troubleshooting ability are essential.

This is a fully remote role.

Responsibilities:

          Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, record types, flows and security settings.

          Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views that give marketing and sales leadership visibility into pipeline, campaign performance, and lead quality.

          Create and manage workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation to support marketing and sales processes.

          Manage and optimize Marketing Cloud Account Engagement for lead capture, scoring, nurture programs, and email campaigns, ensuring tight alignment with Salesforce.

          Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.

          Monitor data quality, lead routing, and deduplication processes; troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues.

          Manage integrations between Salesforce, and other marketing or sales tools, coordinating with vendors and internal IT as needed.

          Support campaign setup and tracking within Salesforce, partnering with content and digital marketing on lead lifecycle and attribution.

          Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes; provide training and ongoing support to end users.

          Stay current on Salesforce and releases, features, and best practices, recommending improvements as the platform evolves.

Qualifications:

          Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

          2-4 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce.

          Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement strongly preferred.

          Experience with Salesforce CPQ product preferred.

          Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

          Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, automation tools (Flow, validation rules), and security model.

          Experience with lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, and marketing/sales alignment processes.

          Strong analytical skills with the ability to build clear, actionable reports and dashboards.

          Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously.

          Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 

PAY RANGE

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location.  Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors:  federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions.  Our ranges may be modified at any time.

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.  The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range:  $62,306 – $80,926
