Technical Account Manager
TechGen is an established technology management firm that has been in business for over 20 years. We are currently looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team. We are locally owned, and our staff is primarily locally as well. TechGen provides IT solutions to small and medium size businesses that range from non-profit to financial to medical to legal firms.
Our Technical Account Managers are the bridge between our clients and our technical service team. You will be meeting with business owners and other C-level executives to ensure we are bringing a high level of service to our clients and developing long lasting relationships.

The Position:
- Perform high level meetings with clients on a regular basis
- Deliver strategic technology plans that incorporate hardware, software, and projects
- Participate in highly structured internal team meetings
- Evaluate client performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Preparing and presenting reports to internal teams
- Reviewing client accounts and creating reports
- Developing account information for use by internal technical staff
Experience and Education:
- Associates degree required, higher level degree preferred
- 1+ years of account management/client management experience
Additional knowledge, skills, and responsibilities:
- Solid understanding of client management and business strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and demonstrated success working with structured deadlines
