You will also partner closely with chief information security officers (CISOs), security architects, DevOps admins, site reliability engineers, as well as the support, product, engineering, and sales teams at Red Hat. Well-qualified, home-based applicants within the Pacific or Mountain time zones will be considered to work remotely in a state or province where Red Hat is registered to do business.

  • Advise customers on how to best use Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security for Kubernetes to secure their OpenShift and Kubernetes environments
  • Identify and escalate problems to the support and engineering teams
  • Gain a deep understanding of typical business challenges faced by our customers to help prioritize the product roadmap
  • Run periodic business reviews with large customers
  • Identify risks to renewals on an ongoing basis, and collaborate internally to remediate customer concerns
  • Establish relationships with customer executive sponsors, with frequent communication cadence to strengthen relationships while uncovering new opportunities

What you will bring
  • Experience in customer facing roles, including presales, account management, customer success, consulting, or similar roles related to managing customer success and adoption
  • Experience with Linux container technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, etc.
  • Excellent consulting or project management skills, with proven results working as a reliable advisor to increase business value for customers
  • Passionate about managing and tracking a consistent engagement process with all customers in your portfolio
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills and passion for problem-solving and investigation
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment with constant change to address emerging security risks and challenges
  • Ability to work with conflicting priorities, take initiative, and maintain a customer-centric focus

The following will be considered a plus:
