Manages people leaders, architects, and project managers while developing talent, capacity plans, partner capabilities, and strategic services opportunities. Partners with sales, country leadership, operations, and EMEA resource teams to close complex deals and deliver projects.

Lead design and delivery of scalable AI platform solutions across APAC, scope consulting engagements, architect distributed training/inference and production ML systems, mentor regional teams, align customer needs with Red Hat AI Platform, and represent Red Hat in regional/global AI strategy while traveling up to 40% in APAC.

Architect and deliver enterprise Ansible Automation Platform solutions for regulated financial-services customers. Lead discovery, scoping, architecture, proof-of-concept, implementation, troubleshooting, and operationalization across infrastructure, cloud, security, compliance, and application environments. Integrate Ansible with cloud, virtualization, ITSM, identity, and secrets platforms; develop reusable automation content; advise executives and engineering teams; mentor consultants; and contribute to Ansible best practices and internal assets.

Acts as a trusted security advisor and technical liaison between Lightwell customers and Red Hat engineering teams. Supports security issue triage, patching, backporting, software supply-chain practices, and secure CI/CD adoption. Develops customer engagement plans, solution patterns, and technical documentation; mentors customer teams on security best practices; and collaborates with product, engineering, support, and consulting teams to resolve issues and drive platform adoption. International and customer-site travel may be required.

Provides proactive technical account management for enterprise customers using Red Hat OpenShift and infrastructure solutions. Conducts infrastructure reviews, advises on optimization and best practices, resolves complex technical issues, coordinates with engineering and support teams, documents cases, advocates for customers, leads account reviews, and mentors junior team members.

Designs and implements Red Hat cloud, container, and application architectures for enterprise customers. Leads on-site OpenShift and hybrid-cloud implementations, develops automation and deployment pipelines, and advises stakeholders on infrastructure, DevOps, microservices, API management, and continuous delivery. The role includes prototyping, solution integration, documentation, troubleshooting, mentoring, and promoting automation practices to improve availability and delivery speed.

Provides strategic technical guidance, hands-on support, and architectural advice to Red Hat customers.
