Are you an experienced Salesforce professional who loves to support Sales teams and general Salesforce administrative functions? Do you have extensive experience strategizing with business stakeholders to develop solid solutions to meet growing business needs?  If so, we have the opportunity for you! We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who will be a key member of our Business Systems team and support all Salesforce users and overall sales processes.

Who You Are:

  • Extensive experience understanding business processes and needs with strong ability to translate business requirements into solid, best in class technical solutions
  • Extensive background in sales operations strategies, including territory management, account and opportunity teams, opportunity pipeline management, sales processes and more
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience
  • Strong data analysis skills with focus on data integrity and system stability
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize work according to business needs and independently manage tasks to completion

What you'll be doing:

  • Ongoing administration in Salesforce for 600+ users
  • Partner with business stakeholders, team members, and subject matter experts to identify, design, develop, and deploy solutions according to business requirements, with a focus on sales operations, security model, user and activity management and sales tools
  • Make recommendations for improvements to systems and processes to make Sales processes and workflows more efficient and automated
  • Design, build, and support integrations of 3rd-party applications that need to interface with Salesforce
  • Ensure operational stability and best practices for supported systems, processes & tools
  • Ensure integrity of data relevant to Sales workflows
  • Play a key role in strategic company initiatives, providing expert impact & gap analysis during requirements gathering, solution design and testing phases
  • Translate business requirements into best in class and scalable solutions
  • Manage consultant relationship and work assignments, setting expectations for quality and timeline
  • Partner with Enablement teams to ensure new Sales team members are enabled correctly and efficiently, both during onboarding and for system enhancements
  • Participate in tools & vendor selection as required
  • Adhere to governance processes, including but not limited to development life cycles, change management, release planning and scheduling and testing and delivery
  • Administer and configure Salesforce solutions and integrations with other systems and tools
  • Perform quality reviews of designs and delivered solutions for both internal and partner resources
  • Assist in improving data quality and integrity as well as defining a data management strategy

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 10+ years’ experience supporting production software systems as a systems analyst
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering Salesforce.com administrative and declarative development solutions, primarily in Sales Cloud and Lightning Experience
  • Salesforce.com Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications required
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce security model
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench and Excel to support data analysis & quality initiatives
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and sales tools integrations
  • Familiarity with Force.com Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce deployment methods and ability to lead development staff as needed
  • Outstanding testing skills with ability to identify & execute appropriate depth of testing, including negative tests and integrated test scenarios
  • Passion for data integrity and operational stability
  • Knowledge of common data modeling concepts and technologies. (Database design, SQL, etc.)
  • Building integrations/automations with an integration platform like Workato
  • Excellence in providing end user support and ability to create technical documentation
  • Familiarity with SaaS contract concepts and/or structures, SaaS metrics
  • Please note this is a "fulltime" role
