Senior Sales Engineer - Cox Business
Cox Business is a leading provider of technology solutions in markets across the US. Our product portfolio includes managed network services, cloud infrastructure, internet, VoIP, IPTV, IoT technology, network security, and other emerging technology solutions. We strive to create an environment that nurtures personal development and the opportunity to build on your talents. We embrace a diverse workforce with unique skills that come from a variety of perspectives.
The Cox Business Senior Sales Engineer works with some of our largest, most complex, and most strategic accounts in various verticals. Our prime directive is to build client relationships through trust and credibility. As we build those relationships we learn the customer's business, what makes it work, identify pain points, and ultimately understand the vision of where they are heading. We then help to paint the picture both literally, through diagrams and presentations, and as a vision of how we can help solve their technology challenges and fill in the gaps on their roadmap. At the end of the day, we want to be a partner to our customers, not just a vendor.
Along with working with existing and prospective customers, the Senior SE will be a direct interface between the Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams and will maintain extensive and up-to-date knowledge of all existing and new Cox Business services. Existing products are constantly evolving and new products may be launched throughout the year. Every member of the Team has a role to play in sharing knowledge and leaning in to help others on opportunities and through that process we all become better at what we do. Team player is not preferred, it is imperative.
