THE ROLE
Our Partners come to us with their toughest Digital Automation challenges! Our fast-growing partner team looks to collaborate to solve them.
Xceptor is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to work closely with our key partners to drive the creation and adoption of cutting-edge industry solutions as well as support the continued growth and prominence of our fast-expanding partner ecosystem.
As a Senior Partner Solutions Architect focused on the North America region, you will have the opportunity to work with Big 4 advisors and global SI’s as well as top tier clients. You will become an expert in the market leading Digital Automation Platform, Xceptor, and use your industry and technical experience to solve the most prominent industry challenges facing the BFSI sector today. As a "Trusted Advisor" to our Partners you will build strong business relationships and share ideas on a daily basis.
You will be a motivated and collaborative individual who is ready to build and manage the partner technical and sales enablement strategy whilst supporting our Partner Account managers and New Business teams to drive side-by-side and sell through licence Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and support new solutions using the Xceptor platform from inception to delivery
- Lead requirement gathering and business analysis workshops
- Work with key Partners to design new solutions built upon the Xceptor Platform
- Work with (and lead) key partner implementation teams to deliver new Industry Solutions
- Support the client adoption of Industry Solutions from a technical perspective
- Produce technical, business, and sales related documentation around the solutions
- Drive technical training and enablement for key Partner implementation teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality implementation in our Partner Accounts
- Drive sales enablement to allow our key Partner account teams to position the Xceptor platform to their clients
- Support Xceptor Partner Manager and Business development teams
- Develop new initiatives to continually improve our partner enablement and go to market strategy
- Build strong industry and Partner relationships
- Work with Partners on establishing processes for creating and delivering solutions
SKILLS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Significant, and senior level, experience gained within a Solutions Architect, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Directly relevant experience of working within a software company, with a focus on Partners
- Experience analysing, designing, and delivering technical solutions for BFSI clients
- Experience working in a Partner Ecosystem, preferably working in a similar role to the one described above
- Experience working in a fast tempo client facing role
- Comfortable presenting solutions, business cases and product demonstrations to industry experts and clients
- Able to think strategically about business and product challenges
- Strong Industry knowledge in Intelligent Automation and BFSI
- Strong technical skills and understanding of Enterprise Software and .Net Application Architecture (SQL development language required)
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working directly with various levels of stakeholders, C-suite, partners, development, and QA teams.
